Family Focus FCU COVID-19 Update

At Family Focus FCU the health and safety of our members and team is our top priority. We continue to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic and follow the local health authorities and the CDC guidelines. We want you to know that we are taking every precaution to provide a safe environment and In following these guidelines our branch office, located at the Metropolitan Utilities District operating center, will remain closed until further notice.

As we look forward to welcoming you back to our main office lobby on June 8th, we highly encourage you to continue using our contactless services, such as our drive-thru for all transactions, online & mobile banking, remote deposit capture (RDC) ,or one of our ATM locations. When our lobby re-opens on Monday, June 8th expect:

  • To wear a mask when entering the building,
  • To practice social distancing from others,
  • To experience longer wait times due to additional safety measures,
  • To see protection shields at all member facing stations,

This will be a phased approach and we will not be staffed to full capacity in order to insure that we are here and healthy to serve your financial needs. Please know that Family Focus FCU truly appreciates your membership and we dedicated and honored to have 89 years of serving you and your family. During these historic times, you can continue to count on Family Focus FCU to be here for you and your family!

Access to your money

The safest and easiest way to access your money 24 hours a day during this outbreak is through our online banking services. If you do not have it on your mobile phone, now is a good time to download our app (search in app store for Family Focus Federal Credit Union) or sign up for online access on our website.

If you need to visit our main office during regular business hours, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday or 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Wednesday, our dedicated team members stand ready to help with any needs. While our branch remains closed, we encourage you to use the drive through or one of our ATM locations. To find a list of available ATM's, please click here. Be assured that our office is being fully sanitized, and we are following the latest public health protocols and directives to keep our team and members safe.
